The travel industry has largely forgotten about sapphic travelers, at Out Front Tours we are put at the forefront! We believe travel is better (not to mention safer, and more joyful!) when you don't have to explain yourself or shrink to fit in.
01
LED BY US, FOR US.
Between our Tour Leaders and team working behind the scenes — every Out Front Tours staff member is part of the sapphic community. They know the experience because they live it.
WHY TRAVEL WITH US?
02
INDEPENDENTLY RUN
We're not a listing on someone else's platform. Out Front Tours curated bespoke tours with local DMC’s in each country, which means no third party company between you and your experience!
03
PHONE-FREE TOURS
Every tour (unless otherwise noted) includes a professional photographer hired to capture the moments as they happen. That way, you can put your phone down and travel more intentionally.
04
EVERY GUIDE IS BRIEFED
Every tour will include a sapphic trip leader, as well as a local guide. While we can't always guarantee our local guides are part of our community, they're never walking in blind. Every local guide is briefed in advance so they show up informed, respectful, and ready to make our group feel celebrated and welcome.
05
SUSTAINABLE & RESPONSIBLE
We partner with local destination management companies & operators who prioritize sustainable, ethical, and community-first tourism with a particular emphasis on women-owned and LGBTQ+-led businesses. When you book with us, you know that your trip dollars will stay where they belong: in the hands of local communities.
06
BEYOND THE ITINERARY
Booking a trip with Out Front Tours means joining something bigger than a single tour. After your trip ends, you're welcomed into our online community hub, where travelers from every Out Front tour can connect, organize local meetups, share events, and find their people long after the initial flights home.
07
our approach to safety
Safety is the highest priority for our travelers. Before any destination makes it onto our trip calendar, we look closely at the local legal and cultural landscape for LGBTQ+ people. This means not just looking at whether a place is "welcoming" on paper, but what day-to-day travel actually looks like for our community. That research shapes everything from our itinerary to how we brief travelers before departure.
